Crashh is a matchmaking service that hand-picks one person for you each Saturday and delivers the introduction to your WhatsApp. These Terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By signing up you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. Crashh is for real humans looking to meet other real humans, not for bots, promotional accounts, or anyone impersonating someone else.

You're responsible for the phone number you sign up with and the information you share. Keep it accurate. If someone gets hold of your WhatsApp, they can see your matches, secure your phone like you would any other account. You can delete your Crashh account at any time by replying DELETE to Crashh on WhatsApp.

Every Saturday we introduce you to one person we think you'll click with, based on your preferences. We do not guarantee chemistry, mutual interest, or a response. We do not guarantee any particular person, ever. We may pause, skip, or adjust match delivery, for example, if our pool in your city is thin that week.

Don't harass, threaten, dox, defraud, or spam anyone you meet through Crashh. Don't send sexually explicit content without the other person's clear consent. Don't use Crashh for anything illegal. We can suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.

By signing up, you agree that Crashh can contact you on WhatsApp and SMS about matches, scheduling, and account updates. You can opt out of marketing messages by replying STOP. Transactional messages (like match confirmations) are part of the service.

You can leave Crashh at any time, no hoops. Reply DELETE on WhatsApp or email us at hey@getcrashhed.in. Your profile and match history are removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Crashh is provided “as is”. We do our best, but we don't promise uptime, match quality, or that anyone you meet will be the love of your life. Use your judgment on every date. Meet in public first. Tell a friend where you'll be.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crashh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything that happens between you and someone you meet through Crashh. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us (currently zero, since Crashh is free).

We may update these Terms. If the changes are meaningful, we'll ping you on WhatsApp and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes go to the courts of Mumbai, India.
