We collect the minimum we need to find you a good match and text you on Saturday. We don't sell your data. We don't share your profile with anyone except the person we match you with. You can ask for a copy of your data or delete it any time.

• From you: first name, WhatsApp number, age, gender, who you're looking for, and city, whatever you tell us during signup.
• From your phone carrier: a one-time verification code sent via SMS to confirm your number. We don't store the code.
• From your conversations with us: the messages you send to Crashh on WhatsApp, so our matchmaker can remember context and help you better.
• From the website: basic analytics like which pages you visited and your rough location (country/city). We don't use invasive cookies.

• To find you a match every Saturday.
• To contact you about matches, scheduling, and account things on WhatsApp.
• To improve Crashh, anonymized aggregates of what works and what doesn't.
• To keep the platform safe (abuse prevention, bans).

Only the people who need it to deliver the service:

• Your match. When we introduce you to someone, they see your first name, age, and a short intro. We never share your phone number with them unless you explicitly choose to.
• Infrastructure providers. Firebase (auth + storage), WhatsApp / Meta (messaging), and hosting providers. They process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal. If compelled by valid legal process, we may share data with authorities. We fight overbroad requests.

We do not sell your data. Period.

Your data lives on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers in secure regions. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We only keep data as long as you're an active user, plus a short retention window after account deletion (30 days for most records; longer for specific legal obligations).

You can, at any time:

• Ask for a copy of your data (email hey@getcrashhed.in).
• Correct inaccurate info.
• Delete your account (reply DELETE to Crashh on WhatsApp or email us).
• Withdraw consent for WhatsApp messages (reply STOP).
• Object to how we process your data.

Signing up means you consent to Crashh texting you on WhatsApp and SMS. Carrier and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; transactional messages (OTP, match confirmations) are part of the core service.

Crashh is 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it promptly.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand what's working on the site. No Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics profile-tracking. We may use cookies for basic session state and A/B tests.

We'll update this page when things change and bump the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes affecting how we use your data, we'll notify you on WhatsApp.
